Software Maintenance

The customer can report the problem by telephone call, e-mail or fax to Ibys Help Desk, Help Desk will immediately try to solve the problem if possible, if not, it will pass the issue on to the IBYS Problem Support Group. If necessary, the Customer will be assisted by the Support Desk staff in answering the questions concerning the formal IBYS Problem Support Report.

Bug fixing and SW not performing according to specifications or Customer reported requirements are covered.
