a “reports global vision” on services
quality, this will permits taking correction
decisions at a different levels.
Due to the huge amount of data generated,
a Data-Warehousing architecture has been designed.
In this manner, data distribution over all
elements in the system will be guaranteed,
also permitting real-time access (to stored

Data sharing between several information formats
by connecting data generated from tests results
with any data processing solution used in
our customers’ company (ERPs, CMSs,

Finally the Remote Alarms Interface allows
the system to send alarms notifications to
external systems, delivered in a wide variety
of formats and channels.
