Ibys Technologies participates in the upcoming QoS/QoE ITU-T Workshop in Kenya

Ibys Technologies has the pleasure to announce its participation in the ITU-T Workshop on "Delivering Good Quality Telecommunication Service in a Safe Environment in Africa", in Nairobi - Kenya, (July, 26 - 31, 2010).

Ibys will take the chance to show how its QoS/QoE solutions can help to improve the end-user´s experience and how Telecommunication Regulators would be able to benchmark the delivered quality of services of the different local operators.
