Madrid (April 29, 2009), Ibys Technologies, a Spanish independent provider of End-to-end “Quality of Service” (QoS) Testing, Performance and Monitoring Solutions, announces the launch of its new local SIM Multiplexer module within its Xplorer QoS solution. While currently the probe units, which simulate the subscriber’s handhelds, connect through a LAN/WAN network to a centralized SIM server in order to read out SIM card information, now they can additionally use local SIM Card Multiplexers without having to connect to a LAN/WAN network.
