Xplorer will enable the Operator to monitor and check the optimum performance of network basic functionality, just by using standard services test scenarios. This is a fast and easy way to detect if a new release download has affected basic functionality, or if Roaming with another country is performing well. Operators will also be able to design specific test scenarios for special Network procedure that will certify that new features downloaded into the network are working conforming to the specifications.
